Snappy Automotive – Belle Commons
Delaware
Description
A 10.928-acre site at Belle and Liberty preserving 1.41 acres of existing trees for 36% canopy; the landscape plan lacked a species legend, so canopy trees appear to be existing on-site trees rather than new plantings.
Impact summary
The existing tree grouping on the north end of the site stays, and only a couple of new trees plus shrubs are added.
